Philip Fewster is licensed to practice in California, Maryland, and before the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland.

Mr. Fewster is an expert in the field of debt law, and is dedicated to fighting unfair creditors and unethical collectors.  He has held prominent positions in leading industry associations, and remains active in several networks committed to improving the quality of the debt industry.

Mr. Fewster previously served as operational consultant for one of the largest debt resolution companies in the country, and served as lead counsel, Chief Operations Officer, board member and founder of other debt resolution companies.
